At Amani Wear, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality abayas. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every product we offer. Therefore, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products and the delicate materials used, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We understand that online shopping can be challenging, so we encourage you to review the product descriptions, measurements, and images provided on our website carefully to ensure that you select the perfect abaya for yourself.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at info.amaniwear@gmail.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during promotional sales/seasons; all discounted items are FINAL SALES.
The only instance in which a return request may be accepted is if an item is defective, and we expect to receive an email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Under no other circumstances will a return be accepted.
If a return is accepted but does not meet the criteria noted in the return email, it will not be approved. We reserve the right to hold funds until the postage for the return is paid by the customer.
Return fees will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent back to us. We will only refund up to 27€ of shipping costs for international customer returns.
Once an order is placed, it can only be altered if it hasn't been dispatched. This is typically within 24 hours of the order being made and includes changes to shipping information and items ordered.
Customer Information and Policy Guidelines
It is entirely the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with our return/exchange policy. We do not bear responsibility for customers being unaware of our policy.
Kindly note that slight color variations may occur due to lighting and photography, which is unavoidable.
