Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping! Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to courier schedules and public holidays. Tracking details will be provided via email for your convenience.
Please note that once the order is handed over to the courier, the shipping process is beyond our control. Bank holidays may also cause delays in shipping times.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor emails for tracking details and any customs notifications.
Customs and Import Fees Policy
Amani Wear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to orders shipped outside the EU. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. For accurate information on customs fees, we recommend contacting your local courier or customs office.
Please note that once your order reaches the destination country, customs clearance times may impact delivery timelines. Unfortunately, this process is beyond our control.
If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees, any applicable charges, including the original shipping cost, will be deducted from the order total. The remaining balance will be refunded once Amani Wear receives the returned package.
Shipping Damage or Loss Policy
Amani Wear is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to report the issue. Be sure to take clear photos of the damaged package, as these may be required when filing a claim with the carrier.
